Maybe I'm a little slow, but in order to get both rebates ($50+$20), original proofs of purchase are required. Since no photocopies are accepted and only one rebate per envelope, how do I legitimately get both rebates without them disallowing one?
I would appreciate any insight or experience anyone has to offer.
Thanks!

This is good for reselling on eBay, not so good for putting on your computer...

#1, proof of purchase is different from UPC for these products. UPC is the barcode for the package. POP is on the top flap of the box.

I never got rebates back on Norton products. I would not risk it.

Norton rebates always come. Check rebate status on line and call if any problems. This is NIS 2008 not 2009. 2009 version supposed to be much faster.

#4, why do you give up so easy? I've never been stiffed on over 1,000 rebates in 20 years. Either you're lazy or you're lying.

This is a good deal for Ghost and Partition Magic. I'd never install Norton ISS on my computer.

Got this last time and received the rebate exactly as advertised.

Would prefer cash to credit card rebate. Still will cost $76. Not money in the bank.

This is crazy. All these software titles are inferior products. Norton AV is bloated. Acronis is far superior to Host.

Maybe partition magic is pretty good but I prefer the Acronis partition tool.

Symantec should just change their name to shake off this bad reputation like a wet dog shaking itself off.
