The processor is dated. It's not much of a deal when it has been priced at $550 for multiple times in the past.

I bought this for the same price on 8/4/2008 but didn't open it up till ~4weeks later when I found it was dead. I couldn't return it to office depot after 2 weeks so had to send it back to HP. I'm still waiting. For the price it is OK but only if it works. Open and test all computer products immediately!
