I signed up for this a while ago. It is great if you need/want the software they offer. Since my school wasn't on their fast track registration, I had to register through JourneyEd which took about 24 hours for them to get the download code to me. After that, I was able to download everything and am happily using it.

I jumped on it too. I had to register through JourneyEd and got my confirmation within 10 minutes. Downloading now.

Just for a 60 (up to 240) days trial. The one you can really own for free is Win Server 2003.

As much as people dislike Microsoft, it's stuff like this that makes me like the company more and more... this is a GREAT way to learn the software while you're still in school and before you hit the real world.

A+++ to Microsoft for the software and to Ben for pointing it out. Thanks!!!

This is not trial software as commented on above.

From the DreamSpark FAQ:

"Are these 30-day trial versions of the software?"

"The Microsoft developer, designer and gaming tools available on DreamSpark are NOT 30-day trial versions; they’re the complete and full professional grade versions, although your use of this software is governed by the DreamSpark software license terms. "
