This thing would probably work fine for digital media playback, but if you want the iPod Touch experience, I think this knock off would probably be a disappointment. #2, it does not appear to have wifi.
Now do you really think something that costs $63 would have wifi. You knucklehead. Grow up.
If it's the same model Buy.com have been selling the sound quality is very poor.
This looks like a kaser model that I got for my kid last year.
It works pretty good. The touchscreen isn't like an ipod, but it's functional enough.
Funny thing is that it got stolen at school and then was returned anonymously. Yeah, I guess the kid who stole it didn't want to be seen with one.
Anyways, it's not bad.

I would just invest my money in a better mp3 player, doesn't look like this thing is durable.

I went on a trip early this year to HK and have seen knock off like this one. Build and Use qualities are horribly. No one cares about these knock offs over there...so they try to send it in the states.

wow this has a lot of functions
From what I've seen of these Ipod Touch knockoffs, they have sound issues where on the lowest setting they are still uncomfortably loud. They also have navigation issues and the touch screen takes a lot of getting used to.
Ahh and also, today's Woot is basically this for $45 with $5 shipping and headphones included. There are some reviews around...This may be worth it to some of you hankering for a touchscreen mp3 player but not willing to shell out the dough for an ipod touch.
