i got one 2 months ago...sucks..and no rebate from samsung...i used it for several times ...sound just too low to hear...dont buy...

Got one about a week from Amazon. No problem. Charging is good. One first charge still good for about more than an hour talking. Sound is good. My GF says she did not know I used the bluetooth. Cannot comment on rebate since I have not submitted it yet.

i have bought one similar to this model from a market place of buy.com, a few months ago, Samsung WEP410 Bluetooth Headset, for ~$5.00 after rebate of $30 from samsung corp. i got the rebate in a round 3 months. i think samsung corp is ok for rebate. just make sure you have copies of whatever you sent to them.
