won't buying the barebone xbox system for $200 and then buying the hdd and installing it a better deal? u can get a 1 TB hdd for around $120 this day.

#3 you are missing the point that it is an M$ console, which means you have to buy their over priced X360 hard drives. You can't just install any harddrive.

#3, the 120GB HD is way more expensive than the 20 GB, that is about the only plus over the Elite version. However the black is so much cooler than the white

You know if you want one of these another method to get roughly the same price is to just buy one for 400 on fleebay and then use the ms cashback, it was 30% a week ago. so at 400 you'd come out ahead. it's 20% now, but if you would have had to pay tax, then you might be ahead even now. What annoys me is that the reason these sell out so fast is all the bumbs who snap them up and fleebay them for 400$. lamers...

Yes you can install your own HDD - all that is needed is the HDD case, better do some google research. I bet you think modded Xboxes cant be played on Live either.....

#10, look for a brand new elite, a lot of them on fleebay come in the dell bundle, with faceplates and two games. Just like what they were selling in the last deal. Also look for the funny man selling them using the dell photos.
