#1 is putting it lightly for this item. I have to hold my LG Voyager in my hand and almost up to get good reception. Ive tried it on 3 different LG phones and its terrible. Stay away!

I use this one's big brother (BT2020, which is also on sale for the same price) on my windows mobile phone and love it.
this one isn't so hot cause of the charger on this isn't standardized, the BT2020's is a standard USB charger and it will charge on a USB cable.
