#1 I used them, good site and prices in general .. #2 yes there is on this deal..sometimes they have the free prints w/ free shipping, but not this time lamer .. ahem

I've used these guys and shutterfly. Had good experiences with both. The free X prints (you have to pay shipping) is pretty much an everyday promo at both places.
