Just spend the extra $300 and buy the Samsung LN46A550 46-Inch 1080p LCD HDTV $1099 ... you can use it as your eyeball melting 46" monitor as well as a HDTV with surround sound.

The code isn't working for me. Has anyone else tried it?

and yes the 1600P resolution pwns any HD tv currently. Hmm, I wonder how long till tvs start implementing 1600P technology.

The code worked fine for me and I snagged one for just under 850 bucks out the door (including tax and delivery). I was looking at the Samsung 305T for right around 1200 bucks but at nearly 400 dollars less this is a great deal. Also nice to see they have included a 3 year advance replacement warranty in that price. I'll be using this at full resolution for photo editing and (very) limited gaming. I had been doing my research and as long as you calibrate these they are supposed to look incredible. As long as I get one with no dead pixels I'll be as happy as Sarah Palin buying airline tickets for her kids at taxpayer expense!

Can some one sugggest a low-power and cost effective display card to drive this monitor? My exisiting HP display card can not drive the 2560x1600 resolution?
Thanks in advance,

Just got mine. It was delivered in ONE day! For some reason, it did not include any cables. Will need to contact Dell about that. It is rather on the red side but I haven't calibrated it yet. No (ZERO) dead pixels and for the life of me, I can NOT tell why this isn't called a new monitor. I see NOTHING wrong with this puppy. What a great deal! Thanx Ben!
