#1 - Both SD and XD, that is why they have included a 2GB SD card in the offer. Don't worry what anyone says about XD if you choose to go that route, it is a very good format. That said, you will find many more options and lower prices for SD.

I have had good success with a Fuji point and shoot. The 5X zoom is a definite plus!

These are good cameras, a little stripdown and feel slightly funky but overall a good little camera. Especially if you only want to shell out 100 dollars. If your budget is slightly larger and want a good point and shoot, I love my powershot!
