NOV08SAVE didn't take off 15%, it took $10 off the entire order.
Instead I applied the ENTSHOES09 coupon and it appeared as "Entertainment Magazine 20% off" and I got 20% off my $97 shoes.
Also, I was able to use ENTSHOES09 on multiple orders without creating a new account or clearing cookies.

Most of the shoes on the site or 5-10% off without the discount code anyhow... I will say that you really have to dig around to find anything worth purchasing. It's like an online rummage sale or mix and match sale!

What a rip. I saw the same shoes in the store for the same price. They just jacked up the original price and called it a sale. I guess with the free shipping + the extra 20% off, it's not a bad deal. Save you a trip to the store if you can find something nice.
