this is a great bargain

If you don't want to dish out the money on the entire band kit, and you own an xbox 360, then you won't find a better deal than this. Two guitars and the game for $60 is a steal.

I own the game on the wii, and this is fun as hell to play. It has about 20 more songs than GH3.

If anything you could always buy this and resell the guitars for cheap and still would end up costing less than just buying the game alone. Either way you win. (unless you really want the drum kit, which I highly recommend getting if you're going to get ANY instrument).

These guitars are wired? Are all the 360 ghero guitars wired?

There are a lot of iffy songs with this one. Also for some reason the drum kit seems to be of poor quality, probably due to first generation problems.

Wired guitars? Not really a great deal.

No brainer. At this price it's the same as the game without the guitars. This gives me two guitars for backup or sell.

Also, I prefer the Gibson's shape, but I hate wireless delay as well as the need for batteries. I may even just sell these (or my older ones). I should be able to get like $10-20 a piece for them to help buy a good drum kit (since I won't buy the one that seems to have a bad quality control).

Great deal, guitars are basically free. BUT, the X-plorer guitars are pretty bad if you compare them to the rock band 2 wireless guitar...but those run more than this package for just the guitar.

Note that the GHWT game has features made for the new guitar hardware designed for the game. The guitars in this deal are not the new ones, they are the older style. They should still work for basic gameplay, they just won't be able to use the new features.

Alan Flores: There are a few things that are different. First of all, it’s a different shape. We created our own shape this time. Also, the guitar’s a little bit bigger—I think something like 25% bigger. It feels more like a real guitar. The detachable neck…last time we had detachable necks as well, but it has a different type of connector that’s really snug, so you won’t have the problems with the neck not connecting. We have a longer whammy bar that feels a little bit better. A longer strum bar. Also, we have a Star Power Button, that’s like the Back Button.

Still I juts ordered one for Christmas present for the kids. They already have guitars and GH II & III but that is at their Mom's. Seems like a no brainer to have a double set for 60 and non tax or shipping. Great deal

got it in the mail for about 2 days. really quick shipping by redoct. the game itself is $60 in gamestop locally, so the 2 guitars are virtually free for me. The game has a lot of 80/90s songs which is great for old people like me. It has Michael Jackson's Beat It !
