I had a Samsuck BT ear piece, it worked well for a week, then it died. No one would do anything, not the reseller (affiliated with Amazon), nor Samsuck. It was cheap, after rebate, so I learned the lesson, and bought a Motorola h680. It works great!

I have an earpiece just like this one that I bought about a month or so ago and I have had no problems yet.
It is small, is great on battery life, and comes with a neat little carrying case/charger.
