2nd time Ben did this:-( Link goes to BT2020 and a BT2010, not a BT-250...

I was duped also. The BT2020, that replaced the BT250, blows. I returned it the same day.

I would get the plantronics 925 at buy.com posted in here. It is not much more money and a lot better!
