i bought one and returned it. the keyboad is fine (no flex) contrary to the reveiws on notebookreview.com. problem is the slot drive could not properly read some of my dvds (thinking it's not NTSC format), and the disc gets stuck. better off with one of the lenovo thinkpads or hp business notebooks like the elite series.

if size is not important this could be a good alternative to netbooks at this price. don't know if available on ebay but there's still 25% off and 10% coupons still going around.

I have vostro laptop and the only issue i had with is at the startup screen flickrs many times. Also, if you have any issues and you call support and they ask you to open any part of the laptop. Please refuse to do so as most of the parts inside are flimsy and they break very easily.
