Snarcher, it sounds like you are bitter about being foolinsh enough to fall for one of thoese 5 year to ARM loans at 2.5%. I can afford my mortage just fine. It's been the same price for the past 9 years. I make more money, mortage stays the same. Hey, now there's a concept!

haha @ross... I totally agree. My mortgage hasn't changed yet I moved to a new location and rent it out. So not only is my mortgage the same, it's actually making me money because I rent the house. Go figure.
