The chatpad is decently useful. Bought it with a replacement headset, and it's really handy for typing in codes, custom weapon loadouts in CoD4, etc.

I have the chatpad package as well and it definitely comes in handy when you need to enter all the codes. When I bought gears of war 2 I had 4 codes I had to enter and that saved me a lot of time.
