Not sure about this one but I hear Nick Hogan will be on the cover of the December Issue of "Comatose" magazine... He co-wrote an article on Home Grown Vegetables with his buddy John...

Nice, #2, I'll have to check that out. Also, I'm finding it hard to believe, despite all the naysayers, that the Big Three won't eventually get their payout from Uncle Sam.

Yes the repercussion of gm failing will cost millions of jobs and the closing of many small businesses. I think the govmt is just making them sweat it out until they start to fail more.

This mag is pretty good. Its much more indepth then some may like. If you have engineering skills its for you.

They will get the money. Sadly they can't be allowed to fail but we better get our pound of flesh. No blank checks! Start by firing the upper managements. They are saying no bonuses for those making over 200K! Why would anyone get a bonus, shouldn't it be tied to company performance?

Just read this - GM CEO took his private corporate jet to DC @ a cost of $20,000. Mercedes factory workers in the US make $40/hr vs. GM-ers who make $75 incl bennies.

You have to be in the right profession and answer numerous questions to see if you are "qualified" for the free subscription.

I don't like how they want all that info, why can't I just get it if I'm and enthusiast?
#14   belikespre - Posted 1:31 pm PST 11/23/08 (20 Posts)
Has anyone been denied a subscription yet according to the answers of the survey?

I get this mag @ work. It's ok, but nothing any better than the others that I receive along the same type... Usually nice cover shots anyway.

It's waaay more technical info than most people are interested in... Shocked

Stop wasting the paper. You should only order this if you actually are going to read it (not just because its free).

Publishers should give all subscribers the ability to opt-in to online only versions.
