I didn't really try that hard, but this deal doesn't seem possible when trying to configure it. Good thing I have no real use for it. Just clicking in a few more pennies for Ben's holiday shopping budget.

I may be a dumb dumb dummie but I see a base price of $299 + $220 for said monitor. Anyone else find the magical $419 PC deal?

I see an "As seen on MSN" that is $389 after $170 instant savings.
I am not going to follow the links but that matches the description here.

HAHA! Good spot. That's what happens when Dell veers away from their usual lowest/left to highest/right format. Still don't know where Ben is getting that X4500HD video card though.

I thought Ben only got paid if you purchase through his click through links, according to the affiliate programs I have seen. Please enlighten me if I am wrong Nuisance.

I could be wrong, but I thought he got some small incentives for directing traffic to his main affiliates. I thought I heard Ben say that at one time or another. Of course, you can't really trust anything Ben says as proven by this hilarious quote from the past:

Ben's DVD Bargain Center was created on January 6th, 2000, directly following the $400 free from Microsoft bonanza. That $400 got me hooked on deals. After checking out many bargain hunter sites, I realized that there was a niche for a new site. This site would be uncluttered, and the bargains should be "in your face" directly when the site loads. And while there are popular forums where great deals can be found, this site should present the deals without the spam inherent in public forums. Thus Ben's Bargain Center was conceived.

    $10 more for a 2009WFP monitor or $20 more for a 22" E2209WFP.

damn a better deal if you add that!

Seems like a pretty good price even after upgrading some components.
