For the sub-$200 systems, this is the best one I've seen. Bought it back in January for the bedroom and have been very pleased with all aspects, including the USB port and the Divx capability. Sound is surprisingly good for the price, but not overwhelming. But if you're on a budget or just have a smaller room, this is a good system. Having said that, the price seems to have jumped back up a bit. I got mine for $180 11 months ago, but in the meantime it has been below $150 at times. I seem to remember Philips Outlet closing out their refurbished ones recently for under $100, although that might have been one of the other models that look exactly like this one.
