    why HDMI output? does the xbox 360 do HD? I thought the HD-DVD drive was gone!

    #3, I believe that HD doesn't necessary mean a HDDVD or Blueray. Just that with the HD content, it will need a large capacity disc and thats when the HDDVD and Blueray comes in.

    Microsoft is offering a $30 deal for their 20gb HD and a 3 month gold card. Not a bad deal at all. The drive is a refurb, but it is covered by your xbox360 warranty.
