8ms is pretty standard for a budget, offbrand LCD. However, I'd never heard of this manufacturer until about a month ago, so I wouldn't buy this online without being able to see it 1st.

I have had a HannsG 37" LCD for the past 2 years that has performed very well with no problems. For the price (the speakers are fugly) it not a bad unit.
