rebate sours it for me, regardless of how reliable newegg's are.

Wow have prices dropped. I paid over 3 times the sale price for this bout a year ago on sale and it's still working like a champ. The 150x speed will cut your wait times to 1/4th to 1/2 compared to non high speed flash. Enjoy!

I paid more than this for an 8gb last spring. I might just hold out for a $20 32gb. Though the high speed option may just sell me on this one

I paid 27 dollars for an 8gb Sony Click a week ago. Damnit...

My new rule of thumb for flash drive purchases: Never pay more than $25 for any size flash drive. At that price, you won't regret it that much in a few months when the bigger sizes drop. I remember when 256mb drives were $100.

This is tempting... My current largest drive is 2GB that I bought last Black Friday for $9.99. This is 8x larger for not quite 3x more (after rebate).

or you could just wait the short while till there's another 8GB for $10 AR which is 4X larger for nothing more.

#10 ... umm what? how is an 8gb 4x more than a 16gb... and how is $10 nothing more than $24.... I'm lost

Rebates suck.

This looks like a very ugly flash drive. If it's quick though, I'm definitely in for one. I agree with not paying more than $25 for a drive, they are always cheaper.

I bought the 8GB version of this back in March and it is very fast and reliable. I think I paid $45 after a $25 rebate from Fry$.

darktideryezing - I'm holding out for the 32gb around $20 - $25. Can't be long now Smile

#17: I bought this about half a year ago. Coworker made fun of it with a snide remark about the 90's. I was in the process of copying an ISO from hdd to the drive for him. It was done in less than a minute. Needless to say, he was impressed. The cap can be stored on the end of the drive. I haven't lost it yet. (amazing)
