Seems like 100 LED's is a bit of overkill.

I bought two of this product, one of these two is broken. It is too tough to contact/email this firm to replace/return. But I won't pay for bad product's shipping cost. I am still waiting for any email/phone instruction before dispute. ATTENTION!!!!!

I live out in the country, so the water pressure is too low for this thing to be useful.

100 leds in a flachlight is a brilliant Chinese design concept. Leftover low brightness white LEDS meets dumb people = sales! Does not = lighting performance. A good 1-3 watt single LED is a better flashlight than this.

Seems a tad top-heavy.
#4, I just bought a 3 watt single LED, and it is terrific. I was not knowing what to expect.

You need to know what you are buying.
Multi-LED:
* good for generating a flood pattern for big area (similar to the light source in hospital operation room)
* good indoor lighting use like home repair
* draw about the same amount of power as single high power LED if you add them up
* usually comes with low power mode by turning off part of LEDs.
Single LED:
* Bright. Can be very bright.
* good throw. Perfect for outdoor use.
* Small hot spot might hurt your eyes if you use it for indoor repair lighting.
* Battery won't last long if there is no low brightness mode.
I've own all types and still found multi-LED light useful.

First one broke and now the replacement is dead. I paid to ship back the first. No more flashlights from Meritline. Buy at your own risk.
