Great series. Jaynestown is the best. (spoiler) Too bad they killed off most of the characters in the feature movie.

Agreed, the series was great. The movie was very good too, but the poor returns on it almost guarantee us that we'll never see the sequel they set us up for.

They only killed off 2 characters in the movie, Book and Wash. Whereas Shepard Book was a good character in the series he had a very minor role in the movie so it's not too big of deal that he's gone. Sucks about Wash though, he was a pretty funny character. There's still room for another movie though, hopefully they'll put one out someday.

Funny part may get m0f0, milf_hunter, and nuisance_sucks to buy this series so they can learn how to be funny and useful when posting on bensbargains. But hot girls may repulse them. They prefer watching shows that have bacon or hot men.

They show is OK. I bought the DVDs for $15 a couple years ago from Deepdiscount. The dialogue is cheesy, and I find the actors who play the captain and the ditzy mechanic chick very annoying. The prostitute is also uber-annoying. The storyline is good though; and Summer and the doctor are great actors.

#19, this is 13 episodes. How is that too high? It sounds right in line with other shows that sells a typical season (20-22 episodes) for $50.
