A noise canceling headphone for $10?? Pretty nice, I wonder how good these headphones really are.

not cancelling... "Isolating" Which I would think means that if you jam them far enough into your ear, you won't hear anything outside of the speaker

RCA generally sucks, but at $10 this is a good way to figure out whether you're willing to wear headphones inside your ear canal (before you shell out more serious money for a decent set). You certainly wouldn't want to try one of these types of headphones on in a retail store if someone's jammed them in their ears before you.

Noise isolating. I have noise isolating pencil as well. When I stick the eraser end in my ear the noise is "isolated".
