I have this in the kitchen. Works great, good volume and bass. Remote is only good within 10-15 feet, but other than that, no complaints

the blue light on this is very bright and annoying if you plan on using this as an alarm and keep it close to your bed. just a heads up

I have one and the display brightness has 8 adjustment settings. It also has dual alarms, you can alarm to your iPod, Radio, or buzzer. It also has escalating volume on the alarm so it starts low and increases. It sounds great too. Best alarm clock I ever owned and a great iPod speaker set too.

My brother has this and it annoys the hell out of me cause he always has it on. Great product for yourself butn ot for your little brother (that be me). Great sound and bass.
