I got this game for the pc free with the purchase of a video card about a year ago. It collects dust with the best of them.

I jumped on this deal. When the game came, the wrap and case were all gutted with tearing from the shrink wrap outside all the way through to the paper game cover art inside.

There is also a collector's edition of the game that comes with the entire Hard Boiled movie. The CE sells for as little as $20 at buy.com and amazon marketplace retailers but they look sold out right now. Still $10 bucks for the game is a great deal.

I tried out the demo, and it didn't really appeal to me, but for $10 it's cheap enough that I wouldn't really care. Definitely not a triple A game, but it I'm sure you can get $10 worth of fun out of it between the: doves, greased bottom sliding, and dropping random items on enemies.

If you like the movie then you will like the game. Hard Boiled is one of my favorite action flicks so I picked up the collectors edition from buy.com a few months ago (comes with digitally remastered movie on the same blu-ray disc) for like $20. Good action game, uses bullet time slow downs and plenty of stuff to blow up, great destructible environments.
