Looks legit enough! These things usually go for $30-$40, and may be of a little better quality than this one, but you can't screw up metal too much. the folding legs is a clever touch to keep the lid on.

I agree with #4. My mom buys these POS's every other year. I bought a Weber Smokey Joe at a garage sale and it has served me well for over 5 years.
