It seems like it is a rebate from SanDisk not from either buy.com or buydig.com
It may only paid you in prepaid Visa Card

These are bit slower than those Extreme III old models (20MB/s). And lot slower than new Extreme III models (30MB/s).
Get the pin number for your visa card I remember someone complaining about card not working because of pin code.

I have used sandisk rebates in the past, but I would not trust a rebate for this proportion of the price.
