The Buy.com reviewers were quite pleased. This is the cheapest 22 inch monitor out there.

HD15 pin input only, no DVI and only 60hz @ Max Res. Suppose its good for your everyday user but not everyone.

So, 300 nits is a good thing?

hmm no dvi... but i guess it's better than the 19" asus for 140$ if the 50$ rebate doesn't come...and you could always use the 5% off coupon floating around

Does anyone if you can combine this with the 5% off and $20 off $100 with bill me later?

Don't ever worry about the brightness on a desktop LCD. I took some advice and set mine to zero -- easy on the eyes not staring into headlights. Anyway, 300 nits is standard. I've had 2 Envision monitors, they are just fine. If you have a DVI video card or think you're going to upgrade to one don't get this monitor. Whoever complained about 60 Hz was blowing smoke. PC desktop monitors only come in 59 and 60 Hz. Also, expect 800-1000 contrast ratio, 160° viewing angle, and about 0.28 mm dot pitch. Otherwise, they're all the same.

I think he was referring to the refresh rate which at 60 is the lowest you could go without flicker.
