At least these super crappy low resolution frames that only an idiot would buy are starting to get cheap enough to match their quality. $20 would be even more appropriate! I'm serious! Who would actually see one of these with their own eyes and consider it worth buying?

Good luck getting anything from Buy.com.
I ordered a 10" Frame, they had NP taking my PayPal Payment and then said they were looking for a Supplier to fulfill the order. Even though the Site said IN STOCK 1-2 days till shipping.
This is the 2nd time Buy.com did that to me, it was THE last time I'll ever buy from them again.
They did refund the money after I sent 2 emails and finally got a phone number to call them.

#2, I have had similar problems with Buy.com. I avoid them completely now, it's not worth the hassle.

I had problems with Buy.com's shipping a couple of years ago. They would ship my stuff and I could track it while it moved around the USA until it would end up at an address a few states away. They did this to me twice, and would not honor the sale price on replacement shipments. I didn't order from them again until two or three months ago, and they actually got the items to my house in a timely manner.
