I think I would go with the Onkyo 5.1 for $299 on Amazon instead of this one.

Have to agree with #3. The Onkyo would definitely have a much better receiver than this one.

Panasonic sound systems are great. I would spend $350 for the model that has wireless surround speakers though. Check Buy.com
