At least we know the campaign to convince people that a huge power supply is now magically a must is working. I am always amazed to see the size of PSUs people are buying these days. A good quality 430W PSU is probably enough for 99% of the users out there,

i find that with a 430w power supply sometimes I have to be careful of which cables i plug my stuff into. Think I plugged 2 hdds, 1 dvdrw, and 4 60mm fans onto one cable and it was having stability issues. apparently 17amps is not enough for that.

I don't know that I'd consider Rosewill good quality though.

#6: Rosewill sells some good power supplies, and some terrible ones. Essentially, their RPxxx-2 power supplies are decent budget units, as long as you keep your case well cooled. Their RX power supplies are good higher end units, and have been on sale in the past for very good prices. Anything else from Rosewill is junk, and should not be used at any price.

So, don't waste your money on this power supply. Get the OCZ StealthXStream 500watt PSU, currently on sale for $25 at newegg, with free shipping. If you use the Livesearch cashback, the price goes down to $23.48.
