here comes again. a hundred LEDs flashing light, might be ridiculous or intimidated for someone, but other may like it.

don't bother with low grade LED they are just a waste. Get something with Cree 7090 XR-E, LumaMax, Nichia CS, or luxeon star LED.

nothing like having 100 LEDs that have about the same output as a 1986 white LED.
A 3 1-watt led light is probably 10 times brighter than these. If this used 100 1-watt LEDs, you could blind a person at 100 ft.

I agree with number 3 and 4.Now I am back to one led with a single battery and brighter than my 40 leds one.

#3, I'd like a light with a Cree Q5, but the only ones I've been able to find cost upwards of $50. On the other hand, I think this is overpriced by $15.

I don't see many deals for SureFire, Inova or Fenix lights. Granted they are generally more expensive than these silly multi-led lights, but you get what you pay for. Check out flashlightreviews.com for a decent roundup of better lights and an overview of why quality is better than quantity.
