here comes again. a hundred LEDs flashing light, might be ridiculous or intimidated for someone, but other may like it.

great showerhead, saves lotsa water

don't bother with low grade LED they are just a waste. Get something with Cree 7090 XR-E, LumaMax, Nichia CS, or luxeon star LED.

nothing like having 100 LEDs that have about the same output as a 1986 white LED. A 3 1-watt led light is probably 10 times brighter than these. If this used 100 1-watt LEDs, you could blind a person at 100 ft.

I prefer a simplier time when flashlights only had one bulb. With 100, you couldn't keep up replacing them. Unless you had 4 arms.

4 double A batteries, I wonder what the life is with a battery?I have hear that it is less of a draw with LEDs?

I agree with number 3 and 4.Now I am back to one led with a single battery and brighter than my 40 leds one.

#3, I'd like a light with a Cree Q5, but the only ones I've been able to find cost upwards of $50. On the other hand, I think this is overpriced by $15.

When you need a light get a light and dont worry about if its going to save you 2 hours during its life of battery life. The only advantage to an led is the leds last longer. To bad the rest of looks like wont last at all. I have never had a flashlight go out. And have used em quite often as a kid living in the woods

#11, another advantage to LEDs is they don't break when you drop your light on the ground or bust someone's head with it.

Why do these same freaking items keep appearing on Ben's site? Do they pay him to peddle this garbage?

I don't see many deals for SureFire, Inova or Fenix lights. Granted they are generally more expensive than these silly multi-led lights, but you get what you pay for. Check out flashlightreviews.com for a decent roundup of better lights and an overview of why quality is better than quantity.

$15 for a 100 led paper weight? no way...my cell phones back lighting it brighter than one of these..
