Shows 563 minutes of mpeg4 video on a 4GB card. What kind of resolution is that?

According to the Canon literature, a 4GB card will capture for 55 minutes at 9Mbps, 80 minutes at 6Mbps, and 155 minutes at 3Mbps. It also records natively in widescreen, so if you have an older tv, be aware of that.

This camera is pretty popular, and has many good reviews on Amazon.

the $20 paypal thing is basically an automatic rebate which shows up in paypal after 6-8 weeks. Also looks like tigerdirect has the same deal, possibly w/o sales tax.

I've got a Canon Optura, which works extremely well in all lighting conditions. However downloading from tapes is time consuming. So the SD cards is a great feature.

Ummm...for the record....Tiger Direct and CompUsa are owned by the same parent company as of Jan 07. Much of their inventory and pricing are the same. We have 2 CompUsa stores in Orlando, and it's awesome! Internet prices at a store location.
