As far as I understand PSP1000 is the phat or original PSP.
PSP2000 is the Slim. PSP3000 is the Slim with WebCam.

I just ordered. However, I just found out that you can order from eForcity.com through Amazon.com for a slightly lower price... $6.87 came out for me...which is almost no difference.
