I don't know how good this ink is, but every machine I've put generic ink in had problems because of the generic ink. Plus, it usually doesn't print as well. Do a side by side comparison of a photo done with genuine ink, and generic ink, and you will see the difference.

I agree with #1. I have some pictures that were printed with bargain ink and they all turned yellow and faded nearly to nothing with a year. I'm going to pay the extra money and go with the genuine stuff.

That's true #3 as long as the generic ink doesn't eventually damage your printer, which it probably will.
