Is this a subsidiary of Abes of Brooklyn or Abes of Scam?

Sony can take their Memory and Stick it. And don't forget Hebe's of Maine coupon SUCKER10.

Abes of Maine + SONY = mixed blessing. Your order won't go through - but then again you won't get stuck with a piece of crap SONY product.

I'd probably choose the Canon HF100 over this Sony, especially since the HF100 has dropped to ~$500 recently and has similar specs (if not better in some categories). Plus, with the HF100 you don't have to deal with Sony's Memory Sticks.

Abes is bad. Check resellerratings or photo.net to confirm.

Spend an extra $100 at Amazon and get the Sony HDR-SR11, 60GB of HDD goodness and you can still record onto a memory stick, if that suits you.

But it isn't $100 more $6 (unless they raised the price this morning). It's $679! Agree on all other points.

With the Sony HDR-SR11 you do get a built in 60GB HDD, but with that comes added weight and bulk. The main selling point of the recent flash-memory only camcorders is how lightweight and compact they are.

Hey me2, may yo'mama contract syphillis from a momzer and transmit to you tomorrow when she devirginizes you for Christmas as you puke all over her because you are a closet homosexual.

    Sorry other shoppers...He started it.
