Wow...DDR2 memory are dirt cheap now days.

Actually, this was cheaper at Newegg a couple of weeks ago, but only by a few dollars. But, I agree, the cost of DDR2 RAM is unbelievably low.

I've always been wary of TD rebates, but this one is also for CompUSA - what could possibly go wrong?

Please be aware one of the major Rebate Processors (Continental Promotion Group / rebatestatus.com ) filed bankruptcy recently.
When shopping this holiday season, beware of rebate that may never come. Note that OCZ does _not_ use Continental.

#4, this will work fine with your xps 400, it should certainly clock as DDR2-667 which is what your m0therboard supports.
Buying DDR2 800 makes more sense in your case because they can also do 667 and at the same time, cost less than actual DDR2 667.

should work with your computer #4/5. just check what your mobo will support.

Of course you can't, it would be atleast 10 weeks by then.

Good Deal, I have this Memory running all that i expected, fast smooth and compatible.

Any reviews on this memory? Have been thinking of going to vista 64 and 8 gigs of ram.
