The usual bogus retail price takes away credibility from this puppy. Probably okay, with stainless case. Avoid the ones that say "Base metal case." It's brass, and will turn your wrist green eventually.

To get the 3 dials required by our mental image of "chronometer", they put the month on one of them. It's mid-grade, though, because no dial says MON-TUE-WED, etc.
But it's certainly not a chronometer. It's one of those brands created for Canal Street and eBay.
