Awesome deal - this is the best consumer level HD camera under $1300.

Before buying this, you should check the reseller ratings for 6thAve. They are notorious for trying to get you to buy additional crap that you don't need, and when you don't, they drop your order. You'd be better off ordering from Amazon or B&H

This is a great hd camcorder, especially because it doesn't compress the video like the other flash based ones. But it does only an hour per tape and when you transfer the tapes to a computer, it is real time so an hour takes an hour.
