If you are looking for larger screen then you are not looking for the improved portability. If you are looking for more HDD capacity, then it won't be only 2 pounds. This is just one of many solutions for mobile computing.

i like the size, weight, hate gloss. make it 6 cell, 160gb for $100-150 and i'll buy it for those days when i have to send my 1000h for repairs.

Come on! Which smartphone has a 1.6 GHz CPU? That's the main reason why people have problems with Windows Mobile OS.

Hmm. It's not meant to store your whole movie collection nor is it suitable for gaming so 16GB is plenty for XP, office, a browser and a few dozen other apps. Actually, 4GB would be plenty for the target uses.
