It's $207 at Amazon without any tax and FREE SHIP. It's a better deal (if you're in New Jersey, for example).

$199 Nuvi 750 at Costco. No it doesn't have GPS. No I didn't want to pay $69.99 to get the 2009 map update on my GPS. I figure get the 750 for $199 + tax & unload the 650 on FleaBay.
