Home Depot online is TERRIBLE. However, the only problem with Home Depot stores are clueless associates. Unfortunately it is the only place to purchase Ridgid and Ryobi tools. They are often a great tool for the money.
This moving coupon is nothing new and is probably not going away any time soon. I believe that Lowes also has the same type of coupon. You can find either Lowes or HDs in the "moving packet" that is available at the post office. (The packet you use to register address change.)
