the tv looks great, but the vendor does not have a great reputation. Call JR.com and see if they have the same tv, they will price match online competitors.

It's not the vendor I'm concerned about, it's LG. If you google them about LG TV repair horror stories, some very disturbing repair stories come up. Good price, but I would look around for a better deal.

I'd buy an LG LED, but I haven't been impressed with their plasmas at all. Some of them run ridiculously hot too. If you're going plasma, go Panasonic or Pioneer.
