Giving your money to Ritz is like flushing it down the toilet. Just google "ritz camera rip off" or "ritz camera scam" and see for yourself.
Returning a defective camera? Oh well forget it, no big deal, it's just a few hundred precious bucks, right?? Company policy is they only refund you with a rebate check regardless of your mode of payment, which will take forever IF and only IF they decide to send it out..

Agree with #1. Have had bad experience with Ritz Camera. They sell things they dont actually have in stock - what they do is have a secondary store ship it to you which in my case took over a month after I paid for 2 day shipping. Forget Ritz Camera
