Don't confuse Dell Financial Services with Dell Outlet. Dell Outlet sells scratch-and-dent and new returns. DFS sells off-lease used computers - most of which have been used in an office for more than a year.

Personally, if I'm going to buy a used computer, I'll look on eBay.

This does not work. Sorry folks, it's crap. I think it's just for the dell financial services laptops and those are crap too. I went all the way to the check out and no discount was applied.
