That's not a great case for $40 shipped. Here's a couple of other black, Micro ATX cases from NewEgg that cost less than $40 shipped (to zip code 35805). They aren't much better, but at least have 120mm fans in the rear and the option to add a 120mm fan to the front:

Those Rosewills do look like a better option, though the typical all integrated mATX system doesn't need a 120mm fan to keep noise down and still have adequate cooling.
