Yep, 9:35a on the east coast, still dead. Dell Search is dead as well.

As for the remote, good stuff. Buttons a bit small but manageable.
Just remember to plug it in to their web page every 2 to 3 weeks to
reset the clock(it's a bit slow) and get any updates.

I've done my research, and the reviews are pretty good.

My chief complaint about mine is how cheaply made it feels. The buttons aren't solid, and even dropping it on the table causes it to reset itself.

I got it on a price error so it's plenty well made for the amount I paid for it, but I'd expect more for $140.

Funtionally, it's great. No complaints at all, except for the slow clock as noted above.

Over time the remote will not sit well on the cradle and will have a hard time to recharge. Mine is only a few months old and I have to sit it a few times to get it charged.

#7, just rest something on top of it. My charging base sits on my desk, so I rest my stapler on it.

Yes, it looks stupid. But it works fine.

I'm wondering what some people are doing with their remotes!

I've had mine for almost a year and it sits in its cradle just fine, and it doesn't reset... though I don't "drop it on the table".

The buttons feel solid to me, and overall it feels well built. My only complaint has been the stickiness of the motion sensor that lights up the lcd display when you pick it up. Harmony's tech support response 'take battery out and shake'.

Set up was a breeze, works great macro wise with the 9 devices I have hooked up in my home theater... gf / wife safe. Have yet to see another remote the compares ease of use, set up, look and feel, etc.

My 880 just took a dump last night.
Didn't drop it, didn't abuse it. It just went dead.
    Only 4 months old.
    Hope its still under warranty.

It just seems like a lot of cash for a REMOTE. How do you guys justify this?
